Nexhaul Trailers will review all warranty claims within 2 business days of submission, provided the Claim
Submission Form is complete. Any delays may occur if the form is incomplete. Please note, Nexhaul Trailers
will not reimburse for work performed without prior written authorization.
To process your claim, Nexhaul Trailers requires a repair estimate from a reputable shop. The estimate must
be submitted on the shop’s letterhead and include a detailed breakdown of labor and parts required for the
repair. Nexhaul Trailers will approve labor charges up to $90 per hour; any costs exceeding this rate will
be the responsibility of the customer.
It is essential that the Claim Submission Form be completed in full; incomplete forms will be automatically
declined, which may further delay the repair process. Nexhaul Trailers reserves the right to make the final
decision on all claims, and claims submitted by subsequent owners will be automatically denied.
The purchaser is responsible for all service, towing, and transportation costs associated with obtaining
warranty service.
